1 - 5 months - low season - 13,000 baht per month.
1 - 5 months - high season (see below) - 15,000 per month

6 months+ - 12,000 baht per month.

High Season

From 1st December to 1st March the minimum rental period is 1 month.

You CAN rent for two or three weeks but the rent charged is one full month i.e 15,000 baht

Long term rent (6 months+) remains at 12,000 per month even in high season.

Water and Electricity

These are NOT included in the rent but meters are in the room. Water costs average 50-150 baht per month and electricity from 400-2000 baht per month depending on the usage of the air conditioning.
